I work with executives and small teams. My clients vary. Many are CEOs, senior leaders of start-up businesses or key teams within a larger, established organization.

I also work with individuals who are trying to sort through key strategic decisions regarding their life or career.

I typically speak with my clients at regular intervals and interact as often as necessary to make progress on the objectives we set together for our collaboration – even if they just need a quick minute to bounce something off a trusted advisor. I like to call it just-in-time strategic advice.

My advisory work is concentrated on two types of services.

So much of what people need to know to succeed is not taught; we often have to pick up those lessons ourselves the hard way.
